Love My Skin Sunshine Smoothie
INGREDIENTS:
Serves 1
- 1 scoop/packet of Complete Vanilla
- 2 carrots
- A handful of pineapple
- 1cm fresh turmeric
- 250 - 300ml of chilled coconut water
METHOD:
- Blend well and enjoy!
- Add some turmeric for an anti-inflammatory effect!
