The Importance of a Bedtime Routine
Modern day life is busy, and many of us opt to wake earlier to squeeze more time to our days. Optimising your morning routine to set yourself up for a successful day is great, however your bedtime routine is just as important but often overlooked.
Here are 3 reasons why having a bedtime routine is important:
1. It helps prime your body for sleep
Many of us have certain routines and rituals that we do in the morning to help anchor our day and ease us in gently. With some repetition you body will instantly know that it’s now time to wind down and will help you drift off.
