Lemon Pie Ice Cream
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 scoops Complete by Juice Plus+ Vanilla
- 300ml buttermilk
- 3 Lemons (juice and zest)
- 225ml crushed biscuits to taste
- 45ml agave nectar
METHOD:
- Blend the buttermilk with Complete Vanilla, the juice of 3 lemons and agave nectar.
- After blending, stir in the zest of 3 lemons (set 1 tbsp aside for decoration) and crushed cookies.
- Place it in airtight container and freeze at least 4 hours or overnight before eating.
- Take out, place a few scoops in a bowl.
- Decorate with remaining lemon zestand enjoy!
