Stuffed Mushrooms




  • 16 mushrooms
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 big onions
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 100g cottage cheese
  • 100g feta
  • 2 sachets Juice PLUS+ Complete Vegetable Soup




Preheat the oven to 195°C

Cut off the mushroom stalks and clean the insides.

Chop onions and garlic.

Wash bell pepper, remove insides and chop the rest.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan.

Fry onions and garlic cloves.

Then mix in mushrooms and bell pepper.

Add salt + pepper to taste.

Stir in Juice PLUS+ Complete Vegetable Soup.

Take the pan off the heat and add in the cottage cheese and feta.

Fill mushrooms with the vegetable and cheese filling.

Place in the oven for 20 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!
