THE COMPETITION AND ENTERING

This is a competition of The Juice Plus+® Company Europe GmbH, Kirschgartenstr. 14, 4051 Basel, Switzerland.

All entrants must be of legal age from the country you are entering from. Direct employees of The Juice Plus+® Company Europe GmbH or any other corporate company professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

The competition will commence on Thursday 11. May 2017 and end on Friday 23. June 2017 midnight.

Any entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

The organiser will choose the best photo winners from the following European countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Poland, United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, Israel, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland.

In total there will be 24 winners, with 6 winners selected following each competition post on these dates: 24.05.17, 07.06.17, 21.06.17 and 30.06.17.
The winners will be selected from the participating regions and announced on each region’s Facebook page.

To enter the competition, entrants must upload a photo of their healthy choice in the comments below of the competition post on the official regions Juice Plus+ Facebook page to be automatically entered into competition.

By entering the competition, each entrant confirms that any submitted images is his/her own creation, and agrees to the promoter sharing their image in any media.

Entrants may submit more than one entry.

An internal panel will select the winners and the panel’s decision is final. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any other personal data given by the winners will be kept in complete confidence and will not be shared to any third parties.

By posting a relevant image, entrants are accepting participation in the competition and acknowledgement of its terms and conditions.
The Juice Plus+® Company Europe GmbH is not liable for any delayed, damaged or corrupted entries, and reserves the right to disqualify anyone who violates these terms and conditions.

The Prize will only include: A Get Ready for Summer Pack

The contents are as follows: 1 Towel, 1 Shaker and 1 Cloth Bag (in pink or blue)

The winner is required to confirm acceptance of the prize through a Private Message on Facebook within 7 working days. If the winner does not respond, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives, be auctioned or sold, and are non- transferable and non-refundable.

Where a prize becomes unavailable, The Juice Plus+® Company Europe GmbH, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

In the event of non-commencement of the journey the prize forfeits, it cannot be paid out in cash.

Legal recourse is excluded.
