Frozen Fruit - Coconut Water Vanilla
INGREDIENTS:
- Fruits and vegetables (your choice)
- 250ml Coconut Water
- 1 tbsp Complete by Juice Plus+ Vanilla
METHOD:
- Clean and chop the fruits and vegetables in to small pieces.
- Mix the fruit and vegetables to taste, then separate into smaller portions to be used for each shake. This way you can prepare a different shake every morning quite quickly.
- Keep in the freezer.
- Blend a portion of frozen fruit and vegetables with Complete and Coconut Water, then you are finished
