Mother's Day - Baked Oatmeal Cups

Ingredients:

 

  • 2 Juice PLUS+ Complete Bars (mixed fruits)
  • 1 medium banana mashed
  • 60ml maple syrup
  • 50g raspberries for decoration
  • 150g Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla powder

 

Directions:

 

Preheat oven to 190 degrees.

You'll need either a muffin plate or brioche molds.

Mash the banana.

Crumble the complete bars.

Mix the complete bars and banana mixture together with the maple syrup.

Let the mixture sit for about 15 minutes.

If the dough is too wet try adding some coconut flour. We used 2 tablespoons .

Press into the muffin or brioche molds and bake for about 15 minutes until the edges become slightly brown.

Allow to cool in the tin.

Mix the greek yogurt with the vanilla powder. Then fill the cups with the Greek yogurt and top with raspberries. Serve immediately.
