Complete Smoothies Two Ways
Whether you’re new to cooking with Complete shake mixes, or you’ve made the same recipe one too many times, here are two healthy smoothie recipes guaranteed to shake things up in your kitchen.
Sweet tooth talking? Try the Complete Chocolate Dream. Feeling fruity? Tango with raspberry, citrus, and mango. Both smoothies are packed with plant-based protein, dietary fiber, and prebiotics that fuel your body the right way.
And if you have some spare time, why not get creative with the presentation? 😉
Raspberry Mango Tango
1 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup plant milk of choice
1 scoop Complete by Juice Plus+ French Vanilla
1 cup frozen mango chunks
2/3 cup orange juice
1/2 frozen banana
Blend these two ingredient groups separately, and then it’s time to tango. Layer the two smoothies in one glass and serve with fresh raspberries and a sprig of mint or garnish of your choice.
Complete Chocolate Dream
1 scoop Complete by Juice Plus+ Dutch Chocolate
1 cup plant milk of choice
4 pitted medjool dates
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 frozen bananas
1 tbsp cocoa powder
Make your shake with everything except the cocoa powder. Fill up your glass halfway, then blend the cocoa powder into the rest of the mixture. Pour the rest into your glass and add a dollop of coconut cream if you’re feeling fancy. You’ve made a rich, layered dessert you won’t regret later!
