Shake Up Your Daily Routine With 6 Healthy Juice Plus+ Complete Recipes

Most of us are creatures of habit, and when it comes to my Juice Plus+ Complete shakes, I’m no exception. Nine times out of 10 I tend to stick to the same recipe each morning, unless I’m feeling brave of course! I wake up each morning, get ready for the day ahead, prepare my usual Juice Plus+ Complete shake and head off to work. Sound familiar? Whether you’ve been using Juice Plus+ Complete shake mix for 5 days or 5 years, we could all use some new recipes in our repertoire. In celebration of National Shake Month, we’ve compiled some of our favorite Juice Plus+ Complete recipes to spice up your morning and give you an extra oomph throughout your day.

Juice Plus+ Complete Shake Recipes

Pineapple Paradise:
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup diced pineapple
1 scoop Juice Plus+ Complete French Vanilla
1/2 cup frozen peach slices
1 tablespoon honey

Blend all ingredients in blender for 30 seconds.

Lean Green Power Shake:
1 Kiwi
1 green apple
1 large carrot
1 cup of frozen or fresh kale
1 frozen banana
4 cups of water
1 scoop of Juice Plus+ Complete French Vanilla

Blend ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. Add more ice and water for desired consistency. Serves at least 2 adults.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie:
5 ice cubes
1 scoop Juice Plus+ Complete Dutch Chocolate
2 heaping tablespoons peanut butter
1 cup of Chocolate or Vanilla “Silk” Organic Soymilk

Blend all ingredients in blender until thick and smooth. 

Orange Vanilla “Dreamsicle”:
1 scoop Juice Plus+ Complete French Vanilla
1/2 cup hemp milk or almond milk
1 whole orange, peeled and cut into chunks
1/4 teaspoon pure lemon extract
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon hemp seeds

Blend ingredients for 30-40 seconds in a high speed blender. Serve and enjoy!

Next Best Thing to Almond Joy:
1 scoop Juice Plus+ Complete Dutch Chocolate
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon almond butter
1/4 teaspoon pure almond extract
2 tablespoons unsweetened, un-sulfured raw shredded coconut
1/2 cup ice cubes

Blend ingredients in blender until smooth.

Nutty Banana:
1/3 cup Juice Plus+ Complete Dutch Chocolate
1 Ripe Banana
8 ounces Coconut Milk
1 tablespoon Chia Seed
1 tablespoon walnuts

Blend in blender until frothy. For a fun and festive twist, serve in a half coconut shell!
