Lemon Pie Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 scoops Complete by Juice Plus+ Vanilla
  • 300ml buttermilk
  • 3 Lemons (juice and zest)
  • 225ml crushed biscuits to taste
  • 45ml agave nectar

 

METHOD:

  1. Blend the buttermilk with Complete Vanilla, the juice of 3 lemons and agave nectar.
  2. After blending, stir in the zest of 3 lemons (set 1 tbsp aside for decoration) and crushed cookies.
  3. Place it in airtight container and freeze at least 4 hours or overnight before eating.
  4. Take out, place a few scoops in a bowl.
  5. Decorate with remaining lemon zestand enjoy!
