Frozen Fruit - Coconut Water Vanilla


  • Fruits and vegetables (your choice)
  • 250ml Coconut Water
  • 1 tbsp Complete by Juice Plus+ Vanilla


  1. Clean and chop the fruits and vegetables in to small pieces.
  2. Mix the fruit and vegetables to taste, then separate into smaller portions to be used for each shake. This way you can prepare a different shake every morning quite quickly.
  3. Keep in the freezer.
  4. Blend a portion of frozen fruit and vegetables with Complete and Coconut Water, then you are finished
