One Simple Change

Create a bed-time routine!

Start about an hour before bed by doing just one (or more) of the following: run a hot bath, place a few drops of an essential oil, such as lavender. Diffuse more relaxing oils in your bedroom. Turn all household lights to low or burn candles. Drink a cup of warm relaxing herbal tea.
