3.1 You will agree to read the product labels and use only the products only as directed. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children. These measures are included to avoid any harmful consequence. You agree to contact Juice Plus+ to notify us of any problems or concerns you encounter with any of our products and to cooperate with our Juice Plus+ in any investigation of your claims.
3.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss, damage or expense caused by the timeliness, correctness, completeness, or quality of the provided information. Liability claims towards Juice Plus+, provided that no personal injury is concerned, that are caused by the usage of faulty and/or incomplete information are categorically excluded, as far as Juice Plus+ has not acted in gross negligence or intentionally.

7.) Enforceability, Disputes and Jurisdiction
7.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New South Wales and Australian Consumer Law, with which we comply. Any claims or disputes which may arise will be resolved in New South Wales. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts.
7.2 If any provision contained in these terms and conditions is invalid under any law, the provision will be limited, narrowed, construed, or altered as necessary to render it valid, but only to the extent necessary to achieve such validity. If necessary, the invalid provision will be deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
8.) Warranty and Expectations
8.1 Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
8.2 For major failures with the service, you are entitled:
i. to cancel your service contract with us; and
ii. to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.
8.3 You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done, you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.
8.5 Juice Plus+ makes no representation or warranties about our Website or its’ content, including (without limitation) that they are complete, error free, accurate and reliable. 9.) Product Orders
9.1. The Juice Plus+ Company sells its branded nutritional and vitamin supplement products to consumers on juiceplus.com.au and through Juice Plus+ independent sales Partners.
9.2 Any order received by Juice Plus+ in accordance with clause 10.1 below is accepted by Juice Plus+ at its own exclusive discretion. The order is accepted and the contract with you, the customer, is finalised when you receive a confirmation email from Juice Plus+ and/or you receive the products ordered.
9.3 Recurring orders are defined as continuous, on-going orders that have been expressly agreed to by you, the customer, and involve recurring deliveries on an agreed-to schedule.
9.4 In the event that you submit a recurring order, this contract is entered into for an indefinite period of time with both you and Juice Plus+ having the right to cancel. If you cancel a recurring order in the middle of a payment cycle, all remaining payments for your cancelled order will be processed at their regularly scheduled time, unless prearrangements have been made. Orders must be cancelled within seven (7) calendar days of your recurring ship date to prevent the next shipment and the charge to your payment method.
9.5 When a recurring order is submitted, you have the right to choose between the option of a making a single full payment or agreeing to pay in 4 (four) monthly instalments. Juice Plus+ retains the right to refuse an order payment in instalments. Single shipment (orders that only ship a single time) are required to be completed in a single full payment.
9.6 In the event that you submit multiple orders, you will have the options detailed in 9.5 for each of them.
9.7 Prices listed on www.juiceplus.com/nz/en are inclusive of GST.
9.8 You need to know that once you submit an order to Juice Plus+ it is not possible to change that order on the Website. For any change after the order is submitted, you need to contact the Juice Plus+ Support via email to [email protected] or by phone at 0800 100 125.
9.9 All products are subject to availability. Juice Plus+ reserves the right to impose quantity limits on any order, to reject all or part of any order, and to discontinue products without notice, even if you have already placed the order. The Company will, of course, reimburse you for any product not received as a result of any of these circumstances.
9.10 You can manage your own order activity by setting up a personal My Account on https://customers.juiceplus.com/nz/en/c/signin. Please note these accounts are not automatically created. It is recommended to use the “continue with email” option and use the same email as any orders you may have placed.
9.11 If you purchase directly from juiceplus.com.au, you will be assigned to one of our local independent Partners who will be available to assist you with information about our products or with any of your other customer service needs.
10.) Shipping and Delivery
10.1 Juice Plus+ uses both New Zealand Post and Aramex when shipping in New Zealand. If a specific method of delivery is required, please contact the Juice Plus+ Support via email to [email protected] or by phone at 0800 100 125. Any special shipping delivery requests, including express postage may be investigated for you, but if used may come with additional charges to cover the increased cost of postage. Juice Plus+ makes no guarantee of availability of postage options in your area.

10.4 You understand and agree that you will not hold Juice Plus+ liable or responsible for any delay in delivery that occurs due to unforeseeable circumstances or events beyond the reasonable control of Juice Plus+ (“force majeure”).
10.5 You acknowledge and agree that Juice Plus+ is no longer responsible for your product delivery once the product is delivered to the address you have indicated.
11.) Payment and Other Charges
11.1 You can pay Juice Plus+ product orders and application fees using the following payment options: Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
11.2 Your payment is processed at the point you submit your order to Juice Plus+.
11.3 If payment for a new shipment declines, our system will automatically retry once a day for the next four (4) business days. If each of these five (5) attempts are declined, the order will be cancelled.
11.4 If payment for an instalment of an existing order declines, our system will automatically retry once a day for the next four (4) business days. We will then manually attempt to take the funds at days seven (7), fourteen (14), twenty-one (21), thirty (30) and forty (40). During this period, we will attempt to contact you and your Partner through means such as call, text and email.
11.5 Should payment still be outstanding at thirty (30) days, if you are a Partner with us, we reserve the right to restrict access to your business account until your accounts with us are brought up to date.
11.6 At forty-five (45) days overdue, an account with us can attract a $28.75 processing fee, and be terminated and forwarded to a third-party debt collection agency. A Partner reaching this point may have their business account with us terminated.
11.7 Instalment orders may be cancelled at any time during the instalment payment cycle. Any outstanding payments at the time of the cancelation will be collected at their appointed time during the original payment schedule. If you wish to organise a lump sum payment to complete payment of your order, please contact the Juice Plus+ Support via email to [email protected] or by phone at 0800 100 125.
11.8 Juice Plus+ will refund the Order on the same payment method that the Customer used for the purchase.
12.1 Juice Plus+ offer a 100% money-back guarantee on your last unopened shipment that was received in the last six months if the following requirements are met:
i. The order MUST be maintained as a four (4) month supply, completely unopened with all bottles/sachets sealed in the undamaged box as received.
ii. All returns must be received back in our warehouse within six (6) months of the date displayed on the invoice under INVOICE DATE.
If your product meets the conditions outlined above, you may return your order to the address below and a credit will be provided on unopened product returned. We recommend obtaining a postal tracking number at the cost to the customer to ensure the parcel arrives safely to us in a timely manner.
12.2 Juice Plus+ will not cover or reimburse the postage costs to return the products.
