FREIGHT COSTS: MONTHLY & FULL PAYMENT ORDERS

To ensure the future health of our business, for both ourselves and our Partners, we will be implementing a freight charge as of 1st May 2023 to new and existing orders. Globally and locally we've seen price escalations all across the supply chain, from fuel to freight, plus rises to inflation and added costs due to COVID that have now become permanent. This general increase in cost of doing business, has now meant continuing to absorb these increases is no longer sustainable.

 

Australia

As of 1st May 2023, we will be charging a flat freight fee of $13.20 per shipment. 

Freight charges will be paid based on the payment method chosen. Instalment payment options will have the freight fee split across instalments; upfront payment methods will have the freight fee applied to the total upfront payment.

 

New Zealand

As of 1st May 2023, we will be charging a flat freight fee of $13.80 per shipment. 

Freight charges will be paid based on the payment method chosen. Instalment payment options will have the freight fee split across instalments; upfront payment methods will have the freight fee applied to the total upfront payment.

 

FREIGHT COSTS: HEALTHY STARTS

 

Australia

As of 1st May 2023, Healthy Starts orders will have their freight fee removed.  This will be replaced with all orders having a  flat freight fee of $13.20 per shipment.

 

New Zealand

As of 1st May 2023, Healthy Starts orders will have their freight fee removed. This will be replaced with all orders having a flat freight fee of $13.80 per shipment.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

 

Australia & New Zealand

Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days of payment.

All deliveries are to be signed for at the given address, if no one is present at the address* a card is left and the goods are taken to the nearest post office for collection.

*If you will not be at the address during office hours a work shipping address should be provided with a phone number.


Allow a minimum of 7-10 working days for delivery anywhere within Australia or New Zealand. If this time is exceeded please contact our Customer Support team to follow up on your order status.
