There are many vitamins, which are essential to keeping your skin plump and youthful – vitamin C and vitamin E being two of the main players. Vitamin C for the growth and repair of cells and Vitamin E for cell reproduction. Vitamin D (the sunshine vitamin!) and Vitamin K are also important to healthy skin, nails and hair.
