Vegan Basil Pesto

Serves: 6 | Prep time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch basil 
  • 1 clove garlic 
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil 
  • 75g walnuts 
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend. (Yep, it’s that easy!)
  2. Enjoy over warm pasta or with bread
