Juice PLUS+ Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Juice PLUS+ Complete Vanilla
- 250ml / 1 cup buttermilk
- 60ml / ¼ cup skimmed milk
- 120g / ¾ cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 3 dates
- 1 tablespoon linseed
- Mint to garnish
- Water as needed (depending on the water content of the fruit)
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a blender, mix it up then garnish with mint! Refreshing!
