Spicy Papa Jo

1 shake = approx. 260 kcal


  •  250 ml cold skimmed milk
  •  40 g sweet corn
  •  10 g parsley
  •  5 g ginger (1-2 cm)
  •  50 g papaya
  •  30 g orange (approx. 2 segments)
  •  1 measuring spoon Juice PLUS+ Complete Vanilla


Wash the sweet corn and parsley, peel the ginger and crush. Purée everything finely (then add some of the skimmed milk). Cut the papaya and orange and purée again. Add the remaining skimmed milk and the Juice PLUS+ Complete powder and mix into a shake (add water to dilute if necessary).
