Spring is the time for clearing out and letting go of anything that doesn’t serve you. As you let go of the winter stews and heavy meals, let’s welcome in the fresh produce of the spring season AND welcome eating on the go, outdoors. YES PLEASE – Let’s enjoy the outdoors as much as possible in the fresh air and sunshine. 

We’ve prepped tasty and refreshing smoothies along with packable snacks to get you aligned with seasonal, fresh, and local ingredients AND sharing online like an Instagram hipster.

Leafy Green & Berry Smoothie Recipes

These recipes incorporate berries and leafy greens to your daily Juice Plus+ Complete smoothie. Enjoy these two blends as breakfast or a refreshing lunch or dinner. *

  1. FRUIT & VANILLA EXPLOSION

FRUIT & VANILLA EXPLOSION INGREDIENTS

250ml milk of your choice 

1⁄2 apple  
4 strawberries  
4 raspberries  
4 blackberries  
15 blueberries  
1⁄2 banana  
1 tbsp. chia seeds  
1 scoop Juice Plus+ Complete Vanilla  

DIRECTIONS  

Blend all ingredients together. Serve and enjoy!

PREMIUM+ SMOOTHIE INGREDIENTS 

250ml coconut water  
25g blueberries  
1⁄2 lemon, juiced  
1⁄2 banana  
Handful spinach or kale  
Ice cubes (optional)  
Juice Plus+ Fruit, Vegetable & Berry Blend Capsules  

  • 2 Fruit Blend Capsules
  • 2 Vegetable Blend Capsules
  • 2 Berry Blend Capsules

DIRECTIONS 

Add all ingredients to your blender.

Whiz up and enjoy.

If you don’t have a strong blender, open each capsule, and pour the powders in your smoothie for best results.

Prep and pack these wonderful treats in your picnic basket or backpack and maintain your whole food nutritional goals for you and the family! They are fun to make with the children plus they keep well when stored in an airtight container.

NO-BAKE CRISPY COOKIES INGREDIENTS

85g maple syrup  
65g nut butter of your choice  
1 scoop Juice Plus+ Complete Chocolate  
1⁄4 tsp. sea salt  
55g coconut oil  
20g puffed rice cereal, gluten-free  
45g dairy-free chocolate chips  
90g unsweetened coconut flakes  


DIRECTIONS

Melt the maple syrup, nut butter and coconut oil over medium heat adding in sea salt and Juice Plus+ Complete powder. Stir until smooth. (This happens quickly.)

Add the rice cereal, chocolate chips, and coconut flakes and remove from the heat.

Mix well. Drop a spoonful sized portion for each cookie on a wax-lined baking sheet.

Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.

Want to add even more SPRING to your daily nutrition?

  • Add berries to muffins or protein pancakes.
  • Enjoy berries with a dollop of yoghurt and a sprinkle of chopped nuts as a snack.
  • Add fruit and nuts to your salad with leafy greens, e.g. spinach and chopped pecans.
  • Try a homemade gazpacho soup with blended greens.
  • Stir berries into your oatmeal right at the end of cooking (with a swirl of honey or maple syrup on top.)
  • Place raspberries on each of your fingers and “play” with your food
