Thai Kale Salad

Serves: 2 | Prep time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch kale, chopped and destemmed 
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 115ml peanut satay sauce 
  • Raw cashews, chopped, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl.
  2. Toss and serve.
