Returns

What is your returns policy?
 Juice Plus+ is proud of the quality of its products. We hope that you are happy with your purchase, but understand that sometimes you might change your mind. Our returns policy means you have 14 days from receipt of the product/s to let us know you want to cancel your order and return a product/s, and a maximum 30 days from the date of your return request to return the product directly to Czech Post for a refund, subject to the exclusions outlined below.

What products can't I return to Juice Plus+?
You can’t return any product that has been opened and used or which is returned in an unsaleable condition (see below). Please send goods back in the original packaging where possible or if you don’t have the original packaging ensure that the product is suitably packaged against potential transport damage.

I would like to return my product to you, what do I need to do?
To return your product/s and receive a refund or product exchange (as applicable) please follow these simple steps:Contact us within 14 days by email at [email protected] or by phone at +353 19079949.

  1. Please ensure you provide the following information on your return request: Order Number, product(s) being returned, quantity of products being returned, and why you wish to return. Please note, your request to return a product must be submitted to us within 14 days of receiving or refusing your order.
  2. You will be issued a “Request a return” form to complete and a Return Label. The Return Label should be placed on the outside of the package.
  3. Send your product back to us at the address details on the Return Label. It must reach us within 30 days of clearly notifying us of your intention to return. You must pay for the costs of returning the product/s.  We recommend you send your product by recorded delivery and retain proof of postage just in case anything goes missing. Sadly we're unable to take liability for items lost or damaged in transit.
  4. Ensure returned products are sent and received by us in their original packaging (where possible) and in a re-sellable condition.

What is a resaleable condition?
Our products are consumables. To be in a resealable condition the products must be in their sealed pouches or sealed capsule bottles i.e., for Capsules, Complete, Perform, and Chewables. We cannot refund opened boxes of Bars, Uplift, Control, or soups. 

Have you received my return?
We will contact you by email to let you know that your return has been received and that your refund has been processed. Please allow 14 working days for the refund to be processed by your payment provider.
If you would like to know exactly when your return is received by us, we recommend that you send your returns by a tracked service.

Return Shipping Refunds
If your product is damaged, or faulty, or you have received an incorrect product, we will refund you the cost of return shipping if you are asked to return it back to us. However, the fact that the product is faulty must be reported at the time you tell us you are returning the product/s and the Customer Support team will assist from there.
