Silverstone Convention Day - CANCELLED
Due to the current global situation with COVID-19 we have made the difficult decision to cancel the following Spring 2020 Leadership Convention days:
· Malaga 21st March 2020
· Bologna 4th April 2020
· Berlin 18th April 2020
· Silverstone 2nd May 2020
The Warsaw Convention Day has been postponed to 25th October 2020.
Whilst we are disappointed to have to make this decision, we must be responsible and the health, wellness and safety of our customers, Partners and employees remains our priority.
We would like to reassure you that all cancelled convention tickets will be fully refunded for the cancelled events.

FAQ: Cancelled Leadership Conventions
Q. Which Conventions have currently been cancelled?
Malaga, Bologna, Berlin and Silverstone Convention Days have been cancelled. Warsaw Convention Day has been postponed to 25th October 2020.
Q. Will the Conventions be postponed to any other date?
The following Convention Days have been cancelled and will not be postponed to another date: Malaga, Bologna, Berlin and Silverstone.
The Warsaw Convention Day will be postponed to 25th October, 2020. Ticket holders can use their ticket to attend this new date or in the case you are not able to participate in the Warsaw convention in October please contact Warsaw office.
Q. Will my Convention ticket be refunded?
We will be offering 100% refund on all tickets bought for the Malaga, Bologna, Berlin and Silverstone Convention Days to the individual who purchased the ticket/s. This will automatically be refunded to you in the next 7-10 business days. If you have changed your payment card details since you purchased your Convention ticket/s, Eventbrite will get in touch with you directly to get your new card details to administer the refund.

Q. Do I have to do anything to get the refund?
No, you don't have to do anything. Eventbrite will refund the tickets automatically to the payment card of the person who purchased the ticket/s. If you have changed your payment card details since you purchased your Convention ticket/s, Eventbrite will get in touch with you directly to get your new card details to administer the refund.
Q. What happens if I can’t cancel my hotel and flight cost?
Please contact the airline and hotel company you purchased your tickets with. We understand most airlines and hotel companies are offering flexibility and refunds. Please speak with your Regional Lead if you have any further questions.
Q. When will the Fall Convention dates and locations be announced? Where do I find out this information?
The Fall Convention Dates will be announced later in the year. The Juice Plus+ Company will be monitoring the situation closely and keep you updated.
Any Fall Convention dates will be communicated on your Regional Directors Facebook Pages or on the Juice Plus+ Website.
Q. What will happen with my upcoming recognition?
All new qualifiers since the 2019 Fall Conventions, will be recognised at the Fall 2020 Conventions.
Q. Can I hold my own event?
Please be aware of your local government guidelines. To be clear, we recommend no events until further notice.
Q. What if I cannot attend the new Warsaw date and would like a refund for the event?
If you are not able to participate in the Warsaw convention in October, please contact the Warsaw office.
Q. Where can I purchase a ticket for the Warsaw Convention with the new date?
If you would like to purchase a new convention ticket for the Warsaw Convention on October 25th, please go to the events section of the website.
