Fruit’n’Fresh

Fruit’n’Fresh
 

Ingredients:

  • 1 measuring spoon of COMPLETE VANILLA
  • 150 ml skimmed milk (0,1 %)
  • 100 ml plain yoghurt (1,5 %)
  • Fresh strawberries (100 g)


Preparation:

Prepare Complete Vanilla with milk and yoghurt. Puree the Vanilla Shake together with the strawberries.

Peach Passion Fruit

Peach Passion Fruit
 

Ingredients:

  • 1 measuring spoon of COMPLETE VANILLA
  • 150 ml of skimmed milk (0,1 %)
  • 100 ml of buttermilk
  • 1 peach (120 g)
  • 1 passion fruit, pulp (40 g)


Preparation:

Prepare Complete Vanilla with skimmed milk and buttermilk. Puree together with the chopped peach. Finally, stir in the passion fruit pulp.

Viennese Mochaccino

Viennese Mochaccino
 

Ingredients:

  • 1 measuring spoon of COMPLETE CHOCOLATE
  • 200 ml skimmed milk (0,1 %)
  • 50 ml coffee
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 level tablespoon of Chia seeds

Notice: The shaker is not suitable for the preparation of warm shakes.


Preparation:

Warm up the skimmed milk, add fresh coffee and cinnamon. Fold in Complete Chocolate with a whisk. Stir in the Chia seeds. Sprinkle with cinnamon to taste.

Cinnamon Plum

Cinnamon Plum
 

Ingredients:

  • 1 measuring spoon of COMPLETE VANILLA
  • 250 ml skimmed milk (0,1 %)
  • ½ plum (ca. 30 g)
  • ½ apple (ca. 50 g)
  • Juice of half an orange (max. 50 ml)
  • ½-1 teaspoon of cinnamon


Preparation:

Prepare Complete Vanilla with the skimmed milk. Cut the plum and the apple into fine cubes and puree them together with the Vanilla Shake. Stir in the orange juice and cinnamon.

Chocolate-Pear

Grandma’s Pea Feast
 

Ingredients:

  • 1 measuring spoon of COMPLETE CHOCOLATE
  • 150 ml skimmed milk (0,1%)
  • 100 ml almond milk
  • 1 half pear (ca. 100 g)
  • 1 teaspoon of almond flakes


Preparation:

Prepare Complete Chocolate with both types of milk. Puree the pear with the Chocolate Shake. Sprinkle with almond flakes.

Exotic Papaya-Mango

Exotic Papaya-Mango
 

Ingredients:

  • 1 measuring spoon of COMPLETE VANILLA
  • 100 ml skimmed milk (0,1 %)
  • 150 ml coconut drink (<1 %)
  • 1 fresh mango (30 g)
  • 1 fresh papaya (50 g)
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut flakes (4 g)


Preparation:

Prepare Complete Vanilla with both types of milk. Puree together with mango and papaya. Stir in the coconut flakes at the very end.

Blueberry Hill

Juice PLUS+® Complete Strawbasil
 

Ingredients:

  • 1 measuring spoon of COMPLETE VANILLA
  • 250 ml soya milk (1,8 %)
  • Fresh blueberries (100 g)


Preparation:

Prepare Complete Vanilla with soya milk. Puree together with the blueberries. If you want the shake to stay more liquid, stir in the blueberries as a whole with a spoon.

Caribbean Dream

Juice PLUS+® Complete Cinnamon-Yoghurt-Shake
 

Ingredients:

  • 1 measuring spoon of COMPLETE VANILLA
  • 150 ml skimmed milk (0,1 %)
  • 100 ml coconut drink (<1 %)
  • 1 peach (120 g)
  • 1 passion fruit, pulp (40 g)


Preparation:

Prepare Complete Vanilla with both types of milk. Puree together with the cut peach. Finally, stir in the passion fruit pulp.

Cheeky Little Fruits

Juice PLUS+® Complete Strawbasil
 

Ingredients:

  • 1 measuring spoon of COMPLETE VANILLA
  • 150 ml skimmed milk (0,1 %)
  • 100 ml buttermilk
  • Fresh strawberries (100 g)
  • Fresh raspberries, or defrosted from the freezer (100 g)


Preparation:

Prepare Complete Vanilla with skimmed milk and buttermilk. Puree together with the fruits.

Banana Dream

Juice PLUS+® Complete Cinnamon-Yoghurt-Shake
 

Ingredients:

  • 1 measuring spoon of COMPLETE VANILLA
  • 150 ml skimmed milk (0,1 %)
  • Banana (80 g = ½ or a small banana without skin)
  • 100 ml coffee (cooled down)


Preparation:

Prepare Complete Vanilla with the skimmed milk. Cut the banana into small pieces and puree it with the Vanilla Shake and coffee.

Strawbasil

Juice PLUS+® Complete Strawbasil
 

Ingredients:

  •  250 ml cold skimmed milk
  •  40 g rocket
  •  10 g basil
  •  75 g strawberries (approx. 2 big strawberries)
  •  1 measuring spoon Juice Plus+ Complete Vanilla


Preparation:

Wash the rocket and basil. Purée them both finely (then add some of the skimmed milk). Mix in the strawberries. Add the remaining skimmed milk and the Juice Plus+ Complete powder and mix again. Season to taste with pepper.

Cinnamon-Yoghurt-Shake

Juice PLUS+® Complete Cinnamon-Yoghurt-Shake
 

Ingredients:

  •  125 ml cold skimmed milk
  •  125 g natural or vanilla yoghurt
  •  ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
  •  1 measuring spoon Juice Plus+ Complete Chocolate


Preparation:

Alles zusammen ca. 15 Sekunden im Mixer mixen.

Choco Ban Shake

Juice PLUS+® Complete Choco Ban Shake
 

Ingredients:

  •  250 ml cold skimmed milk
  •  ¼ banana
  •  1 measuring spoon Juice Plus+ Complete Chocolate


Preparation:

Blend everything together in a mixer for around 15 seconds.

Berry-Good

Juice PLUS+® Complete Berry-Good
 

Ingredients:

  •  250 ml cold skimmed milk
  •  120 g fresh or frozen berries, e.g. strawberries
  •  1 measuring spoon Juice Plus+ Complete Vanilla


Preparation:

Blend everything together in a mixer for around 15 seconds.

Spicy Papa Jo

Juice PLUS+® Complete Spicy Papa Jo
 

Ingredients:

  •  250 ml cold skimmed milk
  •  40 g sweet corn
  •  10 g parsley
  •  5 g ginger (1-2 cm)
  •  50 g papaya
  •  30 g orange (approx. 2 segments)
  •  1 measuring spoon Juice Plus+ Complete Vanilla


Preparation:

Wash the sweet corn and parsley, peel the ginger and crush. Purée everything finely (then add some of the skimmed milk). Cut the papaya and orange and purée again. Add the remaining skimmed milk and the Juice Plus+ Complete powder and mix into a shake (add water to dilute if necessary).
