Juice PLUS+ Blueberry Oat Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Juice PLUS+ Complete chocolate
- 75g / ½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 frozen banana
- 75g / 2.5 ounces Greek yogurt
- 50g / ½ cup oatmeal
- 120ml / ½ cup almond milk
- Water as needed (if too thick)
Preparation
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix!
