Papaya Ginger Shake

Ingredients:

1 scoop (35g) Juice Plus+ Complete Chocolate

1 fresh papaya (cut into little squares)

150g low fat Greek yoghurt

Thumb size piece of fresh ginger

Lemon juice (half a lemon)

1 teaspoon agave syrup

Handful crushed ice

Water to taste

 

Directions:

Blend all of the ingredients together.

Serve and decorate.
