Chocolate Molten Lava Cake

Ingredients (4 portions):


+ 1 scoop (35g) Juice PLUS+ Complete Chocolate
+ 50g dark chocolate
+ 2 large eggs
+ 2 tablespoons unsweetened cacao powder
+ ¼ teaspoon salt
+ 1 teaspoon baking soda
+ 1 tablespoon flour
+ 4 tablespoons butter
+ Stevia to taste
+ Berries to garnish

 

Preparation:


Melt butter and 25g chocolate, stir well while heating.
Beat eggs and add to the mixture.
Fold in stevia, cacao powder and salt until you have a smooth dough.
Add Juice PLUS+ Complete, flour and baking powder.

Preheat the oven to 195 degrees.

Pull dough in 4 small, greased bowls or cups.
Cut remaining chocolate in 4 pieces and press in the middle of the cake dough.

Put in the oven and bake for about 11 minutes until the cake separates from the side. Cool down for 5 minutes. Turn out of the bowl or cup, garnish, and enjoy!
