Easter egg hunts are well on their way, and it’s time to give your family something to rave about! These Juice Plus+ Easter egg chocolates will be a great way to celebrate the holiday with the whole family, nutrition and all! This recipe uses hearty ingredients like dates and almonds—plus an added boost from Juice Plus+ Complete mix. Here’s what you’ll need:
- 2 scoops Juice Plus+ Complete Dutch Chocolate
- 1/3 cup milk
- 6 Dates
- 1/4 cup almonds
- Shredded coconut or coconut flour as needed
- 2 ounces unsweetened dark chocolate (melted)
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients well until a smooth mixture results. Then, roll out small pieces of the mixture into an egg shape—if the mixture is too moist, add coconut flour as needed. Melt chocolate and cover eggs. Dry the eggs, wrap into foil, and serve!
