Shake It Up with Juice Plus+ Complete
We all know how easy it can be to slip into a rut by the end of the summer—whether it’s with workouts, healthy eating goals or personal projects. But you don’t have to wait until the New Year to switch up your routine. We commemorated our Shake It Up theme this month by asking you how to shake it up with our Complete mix, and you didn’t disappoint!
Below are a few of you to help you to shake things up this September!
For a Hearty Breakfast:
Protein Pancakes
Hayley Francis from Lawrence, Kansas
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 scoop of Juice Plus+ Complete Dutch Chocolate Shake Mix
- 1 tablespoon of coconut flour
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup of oats (depends on desired consistency)
- 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 organic eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil for cooking
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients except for the coconut oil in the blender, and blend until smooth. Heat a skillet on medium/high heat to melt the coconut oil. Then, pour the batter into the skillet, which should make about three pancakes. In three minutes, flip the pancakes and cook the other side until done. Top with organic peanut butter, banana, granola, shredded coconut—whatever your heart desires!
Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 cup of old-fashioned oats
- 1 medium ripe banana
- 1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 packet of Juice Plus+ Complete French Vanilla Shake Mix
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients in a mason jar the night before and let it sit in the fridge. Make sure to mix and shake well, then enjoy a healthy banana pudding breakfast!
For a Sweet Treat:
Silky Red Velvet Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 serving of Juice Plus+ Complete Dutch Chocolate Shake Mix
- 3/4 cup of unsweetened vanilla soy milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup of frozen beets
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
DIRECTIONS:
Blend all ingredients in blender until silky smooth, then enjoy!
No-Bake Cookie Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:
- 8 ounces of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 of a frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon of organic natural peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon of gluten-free quick oats
- 1 handful of baby spinach
- 1 scoop of Juice Plus+ Complete Dutch Chocolate Shake Mix
- 2 ice cubes
DIRECTIONS:
Blend all ingredients to desired consistency and serve.
For a Post-workout Boost:
Green Power Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:
- 8 ounces of almond or coconut milk
- 1 scoop of Juice Plus+ Complete French Vanilla Shake Mix
- Small handful of ice
- Handful of organic power greens (we recommend a blend of kale, Swiss chard, and spinach)
- Organic ground cinnamon to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Blend all ingredients in a conventional blender until greens are smooth. Enjoy!
Chocolate Complete Balls (similar to Lärabars)

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups of unsweetened whole dates, pitted
- 1 cup of dry-roasted unsalted peanuts
- 1/4–1/2 cup of raisins
- 1 scoop of Juice Plus+ Complete Dutch Chocolate Shake Mix
DIRECTIONS:
Put all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until everything is finely chopped and the mixture starts to clump. Then, form into tightly packed balls and refrigerate.
For a Fruity Refreshment:
Strawberry Daiquiri Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:
- 8 ounces of coconut water
- 1 scoop of Juice Plus+ Complete French Vanilla Shake Mix
- 3/4 cup of frozen strawberriesJuice of
- 1/2 a lime
- 1/2 cup of seltzer water
DIRECTIONS:
Blend together the first four ingredients, then top off with seltzer water and stir. Enjoy!
Lemon Blueberry Cake Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:
- 7 ice cubes
- 8–10 ounces of ice-cold water
- 1 scoop of Juice Plus+ Complete French Vanilla Shake Mix
- 3/4 cup of frozen blueberries1 teaspoon of lemon extract (or oils)
DIRECTIONS:
Blend all ingredients and enjoy!
For a Decadent Dessert:
Chocolate Complete Pudding

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 scoop of Juice Plus+ Complete Dutch Chocolate Shake Mix
- 1/4–1/3 cup of vanilla almond milk
- 1/4 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1–2 teaspoons of honey
- 1–2 tablespoons of slivered almonds
DIRECTIONS:
Mix first four ingredients to desired consistency, then top with almonds.
Vanilla Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup of raw cashews
- 1 1/2 cups of water
- 1 cup of Juice Plus+ Complete French Vanilla Shake Mix
- 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
- 1/2 cup of turbinado sugar
- 3 cups of ice cubes
DIRECTIONS:
Put all of the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Then, place in the freezer until completely frozen.
