Smart Snacks: Recipes From Juice Plus+® Customers
Snacking gets a bad rap, and that’s a pity. We’re thinking that maybe if we ditch the bags and the additives, that’ll go a long way toward welcoming the humble snack back into polite society. All of these recipes take about two minutes (literally) to prepare—so delicious + nutritious = available at a moment’s notice.
Caffe Mocha

Ingredients:
1 cup black coffee
1 packet stevia
1 scoop Juice Plus+ Complete Dutch Chocolate Shake Mix
1–2 cups ice
Directions:
Place ingredients in blender. Blend to desired smoothness. Enjoy.
Mocha Frosty

Ingredients:
1 handful washed spinach
1 handful washed, massaged kale
1 banana
1 scoop Juice Plus+ Complete French Vanilla Shake Mix
3 cups chocolate almond milk
1 tsp. organic coconut oil
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
8 ice cubes
5 almonds
1 splash coffee (about 1/2 cup)—optional
Directions:
-Place all ingredients in blender. Blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute until ice cubes are frosty.
Yummy! This is delicious and satisfies your coffee and chocolate cravings.
Super Spinach Salad

Ingredients:
1 cup spinach leaves
2 tbsp. feta cheese
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
Directions:
-Top leaves with feta and seeds. Add your favorite Italian dressing. Yumola!
