Meet the My Simple Change Challenge Participants

This month, we gave ten bloggers a challenge: try making simple changes to your daily routine that will positively affect your health and wellbeing. As part of the My Simple Change Challenge, participants were asked to try various healthy lifestyle changes, such as adding exercise into daily routines or drinking more water throughout the month of January. Meet the 10 bloggers and follow their journey in our 2016 My Simple Change Challenge:

Katerina DeOliveria

Mom, wife, blogger, lover of travel, décor, food and family-friendly products. East Coast Mama shares products she loves, recipes, various tutorials, information on Autism, and fun things to do when visiting her stomping grounds in New England.

Tracy Shaw

Hailing from Florida with a love for Disney and camping, Tracy began blogging because she wanted to help others. Since 2010, she has given numerous tips on how to save better, shared delicious recipes, and tried out products for her subscribers. View her blog here.

Marisa Atwood

The “PennyWiseMama” from Colorado enjoys fitness, cooking, reality TV, coffee dates, traveling and spending time with her family. Her passion is working alongside brands to learn about products and share with other busy moms, family and friends.

Krystyn Hall

Krystyn has been blogging since 2005 at Really, Are You Serious? and is a sarcasm-loving wife and mom of four girls. She blogs about life as a mom and wife and includes anecdotes, funny stories (both mommy and other), product reviews and more. She currently resides in the Atlanta suburbs.

Courtney Lopez

Family blogger with a focus on healthy eating and raising awareness for children with Food Protein Induced Enterocolitis Syndrome (FPIES), which her daughter has, Courtney Sweets offers recipes ranging from meat to sweets along with blogging tips and additional information on FPIES.

Diane Hoffmaster

Diane’s blog, Turning the Clock Back, is devoted to teaching people to go green, get healthy and simplify their lives one step at a time. She is a mother of two and trying to step back and simplify her life in the hopes of improving herself and the world around her.

Safari Charles

A wife and mother of four, Safari made changes to her lifestyle when she trained and completed her first marathon in 2012. Her goal is to run the Boston Marathon and complete the Ironman Triathlon, all while working towards maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Her website, FitMomma, keeps track of her progress and journey towards a healthier lifestyle.

Stephanie Razalski

Dedicated to health and fitness, Stephanie co-founded fitness apparel line SychoFit, which was designed as a fashion fitness line made to give you the most confidence when you are working out. Visit her blog here.

Madeline Jacks

Madeline Nutrition, a holistic approach to women’s wellness, offers consulting services and information on how to live healthier through eating sustainably.  Madeline earned her certification in Nutrition Consulting from Bauman College, a non-profit educational institution devoted to the promotion of health and wellness through holistic nutrition and culinary arts.

Alyson Campbell

After making the simple change to get moving and participate in Zumba, Alyson saw results and decided she wanted to help others. She is well-versed in a variety of dance forms, a fashion ambassador, a licensed indoor cycling instructor, licensed in Zumba exercises, and teaches Zumba weekly in Los Angeles, California.
